I'm trying to attach files or pictures, but i dont find the attach button anywhere? My problems is after printing: the barcode wasn't display correctly in the label size (44x8 mm) while the barcode is 44x12.70 mm. If I tried to modify the barcode smaller, after printing serveral labels the barcode went out the label (blank label or half barcode in the label after printing).
Why this forum dont let us using outside links such as mediafire.com? @Admin: I tried to install both original driver come with new printer (CD) and your newest driver on the website: Both drivers recognize printer automatically (Zebra ZM400 300 dpi). I tried to install the 200dpi driver too, but this way make everythings worse with wrong scale after doing calibrate (almost labels after printing display barcodes in the upper left corner with 1/8 label size ratio or maybe smaller). I'll send the pictures as soon as posible. Thank you for your reply.
The page setup should only be set in the BarTender page setup. There is no need to tinker with the settings in the page setup of the printer driver. In the 'Document Properties' of the printer driver under the 'Stock' tab, I suggest you explicitly set the media type to be web sensing labels with gaps.
Save the document after you've made these changes in order to keep the setting. We limit the outside links in the forum to an approved white list otherwise the spammers/malicious, and we have to deal with lots of them, would have a field day with us. This problem is most likely to be caused by a worn platen roller in the printer which causes the label media to slip when being friction fed through the printer's print mechanism. This is why the printed image tends to slip down the actual label until such time as it gets so bad that it causes the label sensor to skip labels. You could try increasing printhead pressure, and/or balance, or position to help mitigate against the problem, but that might just end up with a reduction in print quality.
The fact that you're using a clear polyester backing liner isn't going to help with the slippage factor.
